I think this is superior to the newer model displayed, which I also have. Aside from that, they appear to be the same.First, the tights are excellent. Well crafted out of good materials. Fit is also excellent, but that is what you usually get with Sugoi. I am 5'8" with thin legs and 30" waist and the small fit me well. Rise fit as it should, legs went right down to my shoes and the waist hit me just above the hips where I like it. As for warmth, I have run in them (I use them for running, not cycling) in cool, blustery weather with rain showers and high winds around 56 degrees and they were fine. Altogether, I highly recommend these. I think they are a good value for the dollar.
