It works and fits as advertised. Its a bit snug but relaxed around the waist. Certainly not tight or restrictive. It has pretty good wind blocking in chilly weather. But you'll want to layer up if used in cold weather (under say 40 degs). I thought the small number of pockets would be a potential problem.
